REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the sterility requirements of peptide products, all sales are generally final. Exceptions apply only in specific circumstances outlined below.
Eligible Refund Circumstances
Refunds are only issued for: (1) products that arrive visibly damaged or broken, (2) products verifiably different from their specification per COA analysis, or (3) orders that are lost in transit after 28 days and not resolved by the carrier.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund claim, contact orders@optimalpeptides.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.
No Returns on Opened Products
We do not accept returns on opened vials due to sterility and integrity requirements.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Crypto Payments
Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are issued as credit to your account or via bank transfer. Crypto refunds are not available due to price volatility.
